The price of a HIP will vary depending on the type of property you are selling and the information that you can include in the pack.
A HIP should be provided to prospective buyers free of charge, however a reasonable cost may be made to cover the cost of copying and posting it. Buyers should not be charged for an electronic copy of the HIP.
